I am currently pursuing a master's degree in Learning Technology & Experience Design, with a focus on co-designing learning products and programs with diverse communities.
I am passionate about the intersections of social impact, digital media, and learning, and I am always eager to collaborate with others who share this vision.
My years of teaching in the community, writing curriculum, and developing programs have all contributed to my passion for designing impactful learning experiences for everyone. I believe that knowledge is power, and my goal is to empower learners by providing them with the knowledge and skills they need to lead healthy, fulfilling, and successful lives.
Growing up, I was an avid reader and a theater enthusiast. My love of stories inspired me to pursue a degree in Narrative Studies, where I wrote for a campus television show and interned at a film production company. Although my professional path has taken a different turn, I have always recognized the significance of storytelling in effectively conveying ideas. It's not just what you say, but how you say it that truly makes a difference.
Whether it's instructional design or product design, I believe in letting users guide my decisions. Too often, decisions are made based on preferences, traditions, or assumptions. I prefer to explore what users truly need, so I can deliver the right products at the right time. Ultimately, putting users at the center of the design process leads to more successful and impactful products.
